Security Executive
- Assigning Patrol Duties: Schedule and assign security guards to their daily patrols within the hotel complex and its premises ensuring comprehensive coverage and optimal security presence.
- Maintaining Discipline and Conduct: Enforce discipline and adherence to the code of conduct among security guards addressing any instances of indiscipline by reporting and recording them with the Head of Security.
- Alert and Responsible: Stay vigilant and accountable for the overall security operations maintaining a proactive approach to potential security issues and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all hotel guests and staff.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests employees and property premises
- Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy occurrences of accidents complaints criminal activity and crisis situations
- Conduct regular floor patrols cash counts and crowd control
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
