Assist the propertys Banquet/ Catering in the propertys reactive and proactive sales efforts with focus on Social Events/Wedding and dry events with rooms below 8 per night.
Contributes to achieving revenue goals and the financial performance of the Sales & Marketing department.
Supports the administrative processes with the preevents & postevents phases and assist during the events with consistent delivering high level of service.
Ensure the team maximizes revenue opportunities by upselling and accurately forecasting all events.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year professional experience.
Strong leadership skill.
Understand midscale and economy service and the expectation of midscale and economy guest.
Good English excellent communication skills and computer literate.
