Job Description
- The role acts as the primary touchpoint for Commercial performance in the given territory.
- The role provides strategic guidance to property leadership teams ensuring each property executes a successful commercial strategy.
- The role develops commercial talent within the region and drives a culture of performance and collaboration amongst property and regional teams.
Qualifications :
- Master Degree or equivalent is of advantage.
- Tourism Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 5 Years of experiences
- Background in commercial with the ability to craft compelling value propositions customer acquisition strategies and brand positioning.
- Strong understanding of Sales Marketing Distribution Revenue & Loyalty concepts.
- Strong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demand.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
