Job Description
- Food & Beverage Manager to organize and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service & satisfaction in the restaurant bar room service banquet and executive lounge.
- Ensure the delivery of all orders while maintaining a high quality of service creates constantly and consistently maximum guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets
- Insure that all expenses: food cost beverage cost labour cost and other expenses are within budgetary limits
Qualifications :
Minimum degree from reputable academy / university
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience / similar position with proven track record in a midscale/upscale hotel
Highly motivated ability to work under pressure
Strong team player
