Job Description
Cresco Floresco is seeking for one of its clients a leader in the luxury and jewelry sector with an international presence a Production Manager profile.
Your missions include:
- Planning and managing production schedules purchasing quality control pricing and shipping for stock orders customer orders and new collections.
- Managing workshop activities including production planning and workflow management.
- Optimizing supply chain operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Overseeing the purchasing team to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services. Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Supervising the Pearls Department to ensure efficient operations and timely supply.
- Overseeing the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Fostering interdepartmental collaboration to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensuring accurate and timely communication on project status issues and concerns. Proactively identifying and resolving critical issues that may affect manufacturing cost timelines or quality.
- Recommending and implementing process procedure method and technique improvements. Staying updated on industry trends techniques and technologies integrating relevant advancements into workshop practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Developing and reporting monthly/quarterly operational indicators and KPIs for all managed teams. Actively monitoring capacity quality working hours ontime deliveries and other KPIs.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in production management within the luxury jewelry and high jewelry sector preferably with recognized Houses or subcontractors.
- Strong leadership qualities capable of inspiring training and motivating crossfunctional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Proactive highly organized and able to manage priorities. Flexible to adapt to changing demands. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Analytical mindset with a good sense of detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Interested in cultural differences openminded curious to discover and adaptable to new cultural environments.
- Proficiency in English.
