Job Description
As the Vertical Head of Supply Chain Finance you will lead the department and oversee its daily operations driving financial strategies that align with the company's objectives. Your role will be pivotal in monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement ensuring that our client’s operations are efficient and compliant with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead the Supply Chain Finance team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Strategic Development: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.
CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the technology and telecom sectors to drive growth and innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for the Vertical Head Supply Chain Finance position will possess:
Extensive Experience: Over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector with a minimum of 8 years focused specifically on Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
Location Flexibility: Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
Relevant Background: Proven experience in Banking NonBanking Financial Companies (NBFC) or Fintech environments.
