Job Description
Job Responsibilities for Center of Excellence (COE) Lead.
- Responsible for overall strategy of Fosfor COE and ensuring alignment with the DA strategy
- Collaborates with Fosfor gotomarket Sales to understand and support demands for Fosfor COE services
- Works closely with Sales and Delivery leaders to drive CoE strategy and provide support on business development efforts
- Aligns and partners with other practice and COE leads on crosspractice initiatives
- Proactively Identifies areas where demand is trending that would warrant new offerings to drive growth for the firm
- Actively Identifies gaps and creates positioning for new offerings solution accelerators points of view and IP
- Work collaboratively with sales and account teams to drive marketing outreach plans to drive market awareness and pipeline development
- Serve in an advisory capacity on client engagements where needed
- Creates best practices methodologies and frameworks that are readily available for team members to utilize as needed
- 1Responsible for all aspects of our Attracting Training Onboarding Growth and Retainment of team members within Fosfor COE
Candidate Profile :
- Has 15 years of experience in Data and Analytics domain
- 10 years of experience leading project teams through all phases of the DA project lifecycle from scoping and planning requirements gathering design development testing and deployment
- Proven experience in building commercial viable DA offerings
- DA solution development and delivery experience
- Working knowledge of the best usage of various machine learning algorithms statistics and mathematics principles to employ when solving client problems
- Exceptional team building skills and not afraid to get into the weeds to help uplift teams
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong oral and written communication skills with exceptional client facing
- Experience in managing KPIs and Metrics
- Knowledge of best practices on reporting content and processes that would add advantages
