Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze and understand project requirements.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues efficiently.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
Strong understanding of IT operations management processes.
Experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
Handson experience in developing ServiceNow applications.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
