Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.
Create technical specifications and documentation for application design and development.
Implement best practices and standards for application design and development.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
Knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
