Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend migration projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their migration needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including technical operational and support staff to facilitate smooth migrations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during the migration process.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to migration processes including project plans status reports and postmigration evaluations.
- Provide training and support to clients postmigration to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
