Provide IT technical onsite support for enduser services.
Problem identification diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
Support desktops notebooks printers and other hardware components.
IMAC support
Experience in Office 365 support and troubleshooting preferred
Installation reinstallation troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows Microsoft tools such as MS Office internet browser MS Outlook etc.
Support queries escalation problem determination resolution
Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
Involved in projects such as migration relocation and hardware refresh.
Work within a team environment to ensure availability of customer s servers with significant business or IT impact
May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
