Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations presentations and site visits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing customer service technical support).
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activity and market developments.
  • Manage sales pipeline tracking progress and reporting sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide customer feedback to improve product development and sales processes.
  • Product delivery


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or HND in Sales Marketing Business or a related field.
  • 23 years of sales experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to travel
  • Valid drivers license.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of weighing industry or related fields (e.g. logistics manufacturing).
  • Certification in sales or marketing (e.g. CPS CPM).
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
