Job Description
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various teams and departments.
- Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the change vision and updates to all stakeholders.
- Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to navigate changes.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Promote a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization encouraging employees to embrace change.
- Prepare and present reports on change initiatives providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or a related field with demonstrated success in managing complex change initiatives.
