Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background a deep understanding of performance metrics and a proven ability to drive business improvement initiatives. This role is critical in helping us optimize operations and enhance our strategic decisionmaking capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in operational performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to formulate strategic recommendations based on performance analysis.
  • Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives or process improvements.
  • Oversee data collection validation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Lead performance improvement projects from inception to implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and report on outcomes adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance organizational understanding of performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to performance analysis and management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.



Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance analysis business analysis or a related field.
  • Proven track record of utilizing data to drive performance improvements.
