Job Description
Position: Financial Analyst (Real Estate)
Salary: $2000 $3000
Responsibilities:
Salary: $2000 $3000
Responsibilities:
- Will be working with current fulltime analyst
- Primary focus is the Financial modeling and analysis for investment/development opportunities
- Will do PowperPoint presentations
- Will write memos
- Analyzing new investment and development opportunities
- Evaluating potential investments in public/private equity companies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excel modeling is CRUCIAL
- Real estate/private equity experience is preferred
- Software: Mainly Excel plus Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint Word Outlook)
