About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented IT Recruitment Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and build a highperforming IT team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing attracting and hiring toptier IT professionals to support our organizations growth and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent for diff clients across various disciplines.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards social media platforms employee referrals and professional networking events to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening including resume reviews phone interviews and inperson interviews to assess technical skills cultural fit and potential for growth.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process fostering a strong employer brand and building lasting relationships with potential employees.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization and have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as timetohire costperhire and candidate satisfaction to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
