- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards social media platforms employee referrals and professional networking events to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening including resume reviews phone interviews and inperson interviews to assess technical skills cultural fit and potential for growth.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process fostering a strong employer brand and building lasting relationships with potential employees.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization and have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as timetohire costperhire and candidate satisfaction to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
