Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive to lead our Information technology initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management a deep understanding of cloud PCs and the MS Office suite and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining robust IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT systems to meet the organizations needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology requirements and provide strategic IT solutions.
- Manage and optimize cloudbased solutions with a focus on Cloud computing.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems implementing best practices and staying abreast of cybersecurity trends.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical support to employee s and troubleshooting for ITrelated issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes hardware configurations software installations and network setups. Keep all records up to date and accessible for team members ensuring incident logs and resolution details are welldocumented.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement software licensing and system maintenance. Negotiate contracts ensuring vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain strong relationships with thirdparty service providers for reliable support.
- Manage the installation configuration and maintenance of biometric systems for employee access control and time tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve biometric system issues and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate attendance data.
- Manage various online platforms and portals (e.g. internal communication HR and employee portals). Ensure the security and performance of these systems and troubleshoot portal access or functionality issues working closely with vendors to resolve problems.
- Install upgrade and maintain software applications across various employee devices. Ensure software licensing is uptodate and compliant with organizational policies and troubleshoot any softwarerelated issues in a timely manner.
- Set up configure and maintain printers scanners and related peripherals for different departments. Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware issues to ensure minimal downtime and manage printer networks for smooth connectivity with employee devices.
- Respond promptly to IT incidents diagnosing and resolving issues to prevent disruption. Document all incidents and resolutions while implementing preventative measures to reduce recurrence.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or post graduate degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 0510 years of experience in IT support including cloud computing and network management.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with firewall configuration and management.
- Experience in managing and optimizing cloudbased solutions
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and cybersecurity trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple IT portals and maintain operational continuity.
- Excellent communication strong documentation skills in English and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in managing biometric systems and printers.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
