Qualifications :
The candidates for this position possess a formal culinary education with a degree or diploma in pastry arts. They should have a proven track record of 57 years in handson pastry kitchen experience including in leadership roles showcasing technical proficiency in various pastry techniques. Additionally the candidate should exhibit strong menu development expertise aligned with highend culinary standards coupled with demonstrated leadership and team management skills including training colleagues.
