What you will be doing:
Lead mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
Strategize on new products and service offerings
Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years in food and beverage management or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Experience with budgeting inventory management and cost control.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop innovative menus and promotions.
