Overview:
We are looking for a Telesales Manager for one of our clients dealing in Media and IT industry. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for Creating and maintain leads appointing retail media and Retail software agencies and achieving targets in assigned areas and segments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
- Training the telesales team writing sales script and customer answer sheet.
- Handling customer complaints maintaining good customer relationship.
- Setting the daily calling targets monitoring the performance of telesales team.
- Lead generation and appointing telesales team for field sales.
- Receiving customer feedback testimonial Business generation.
Job Requirements:
- Any graduates BBA/MBA.
- Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred Female candidates.
- Good in CRM Software Team handling skills.
- Prior experience in working as Team Sales Manager.
- Strong Managerial and Sales Skills.
