We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team and promote our newly launched Online Course product. Developed by industryleading journalists and top specialists in social media marketing and product management these courses offer valuable insights to individuals looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The Sales Executive will focus primarily on the B2C market targeting consumers who are eager to invest in personal and professional growth through our courses. There is potential for expansion into the B2B space as well. Your key responsibility will be to successfully engage with potential customers demonstrate the value of our courses and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Lead generation and working with the leads that we have in the database: through various channels such as cold calling email outreach social media.
Negotiate pricing payment terms and contract terms with potential consumers to secure sales agreements. Address any objections or concerns raised by customers to overcome barriers to sale.
Maintaining highlevel communication with potential consumers
Work with the CRM: collect monitor and update information checking if data is accurate
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
3 years of experience in B2C sales (not customer support but a person who worked with a cold calling a lot)
Excellent communication skills
Strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to learn quickly
