SUMMARY
The position involves reaching out to potential clients by phone maintaining engaging conversations to foster customer interest and encouraging repeat business. Responsibilities include collecting and recording customer details addressing productrelated inquiries and tracking customer feedback. The role also requires achieving set sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information payment methods purchases and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers questions about the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience.
- Excellent convincing skills and the ability to close deals.
- Fluent in English with great communication skills.
- Comfortable with making calls to potential clients and sending followup emails.
- Able to monitor client activities effectively.
- Computer proficient with experience in digital tools for managing tasks and clients.
