Responsibilities:
- Study to have a perfect understanding of the Company s services and be able to
- communicate the benefits and advantages of its services over competing service providers to prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities based on the understanding of the Health Screening diagnostic and occupational health services market.
- To sell the company services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects.
- Write adapt and communicate proposals and cost estimates to prospective clients
- Follow up on prospects and leads obtained make presentations and close deals
- Recommend new opportunities and service improvements to management
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales marketing and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on company best practices policies products pricing and promotions
- Analyse the current customer base including portfolios and to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Negotiate timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years cognate working experience
- Ability to sell services and handle clients efficiently
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be selfdriven and be able to work to achieve targets
- Capability to grow in a competitive environment
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Creatively minded good at thinking outside the box
- Good negotiation persuasion and presentation skills
