Requirements
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist clients with a high level of professionalism creating a seamless experience across furniture interior design and construction services.
- Provide detailed product and service knowledge including design options construction project details and pricing tailored to client needs.
Sales Transactions:
- Efficiently handle sales transactions including cash and credit card payments while managing sales registers.
- Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions based on their design construction and budget requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients particularly in banking insurance real estate and other industries involving highvalue sales.
- Follow up postsale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify crossselling opportunities within our interior design or construction services.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets across our service offerings.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and recommend strategy adjustments for improved outcomes.
Digital Marketing and Business Development:
- Leverage digital marketing strategies (social media email marketing SEO) to promote the company s services and attract potential clients.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage online campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the furniture interior design and construction sectors.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the company s customer base.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns that highlight the companys furniture interior design and construction services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience especially with highticket items.
- Prior experience in banking insurance real estate or other highvalue sales industries is highly preferred.
- Proven proficiency in digital marketing including managing social media platforms email campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage and close highvalue deals.
- Excellent leadership timemanagement and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to drive improvements.
