The job:
You will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service
experience via phone in Italian and in English.
The activities:
Support Bank Customers;
Provide clear information about products and service;
Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts;
Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand;
Provide topclass interactions and customer service in rotating shifts.
Working hours
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday 07:00am to 07:00pm.
Rotating shifts
You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be
informed in advance about the working schedule.
