The Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Sr. DOSM DOS Assistant Director of Sales.
- The Sales Managers mission is to primarily promote the hotel and to achieve optimal sales in the best possible conditions for the company. The performance of the Sales Manager will contribute to the results and revenues of Pullman Luang Prabang.
- To ensure the smooth operations of the sales team in consultation with Director/Assistant Director of Sales or SR. DOSM on all matters.
- The performance of the Sales Manager will be determined solely by the productivity of the overall results of Pullman Luang Prabang.
- Department Heads Managers Officers and supervisor of other department in the Hotel
- Rooms :Housekeeping Front Office Reservation teams
- Food & Beverage teams: Outlet Managers & Assistant Manager.
- Talent & Culture Department Learning & Development Engineering Department.
- Sales & Marketing (employees) of the Hotel
- The Sales Manager maintains a close working rapport with professional people the press media staff clients/guests and companies who are potential existing and current supporters of the hotel.
- Various Key Account Managers for both corporate MICE & Travel Agencies
- Professional people Potential Customers/Clients
- Press Media Government Officials
- Potential Clients and Any persons who are clients.
- AccorHotels Sales & Distribution Teams at the hotel level.
- AccorHotels Sales and Reservation Offices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 12 years experience in the sales field.
- Fluent in English Thai or Laos.
- Accorhotels experience is advantage.
- Sales acumen/persuasive.
- Sales negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong motivational innovative and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant Personality.
