The Revenue Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for optimizing room revenue through effective pricing strategies maintaining rate parity across all channels and managing hotel inventory. Additionally the role involves overseeing the smooth operation of the Reservations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the hotels leadership team to develop budgets longterm strategies and shortterm tactics to drive revenue and maximize profit.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing to meet budgeted and forecasted revenue targets through trend recognition demand forecasting and opportunity analysis.
- Forecast by market segment and daily trends to identify key opportunities and communicate these to sales and operations teams.
- Generate reports and insights to support and evaluate the hotels business strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Revenue Manager with a background in front office and/or reservations in a large hotel environment.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to recommend budgeting strategies for revenue maximization.
- Demonstrated leadership and engagement skills in the field of revenue management.
- Experience with STR and a proven ability to drive market performance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Opera.
- Ability to identify market trends and implement effective realtime strategies.
- Excellent communication networking and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to analyze statistics and communicate key insights to stakeholders including ownership.

Qualifications :
- Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Front Office and/or Reservations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Opera OnPremise or Opera Cloud systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
