With 8 years of experience you will be responsible for implementing ITIL processes managing complex network infrastructures and leading IT projects to success. Your expertise will be key in ensuring highquality IT service delivery and effective problem resolution.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ITIL processes for effective problem management ensuring the seamless operation of IT services.
- Administer and optimize network infrastructure utilizing Cisco networking skills to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Apply project management principles to oversee and execute IT projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals timelines and budgets.
- Provide advanced problem management and resolution applying comprehensive ITIL methodologies to address and solve complex issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues ensuring effective integration and support across various systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- National Diploma or ITIL Practitioner Level certification.
