- The teaching of both core and elective courses in the subjects of F&B.
- Contribute towards the development of the department in terms of teaching and nonteaching activities.
- Should be comfortable in handling modern trends of cocktails & mocktails.
- Making teaching more effective and interesting to the students through the use of multimedia or the latest digital platforms teaching aids.
- The faculty member is required to plan and make complete preparation well in advance to effectively teach the theory and practical courses.
- He/she should prepare the schedule of lectures with topics tests assignments demonstrations screening of video or PowerPoint presentations etc. in advance and the students should be informed of the same.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of Teaching Experience/Industry experience would be an advantage.
