Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Manesar Gurgaon
Job Type: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO including managing calendars scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and conferences for the CEO ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare meeting agendas attend meetings and record minutes when necessary.
Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Manage and maintain the CEOs contacts database ensuring accuracy and completeness of contact information.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files documents and records related to the CEOs activities and responsibilities.
Assist the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives including research data analysis and presentation preparation.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to support crossfunctional projects as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of all discussions decisions and documents related to the CEOs office.
Qualifications:
MBA
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
High level of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities effectively.
