Job Description:

We are seeking a Test Coordinator to manage testing activities related to the SMART Program and oversee the testing of all associated developments adhering to the testing management rules defined by RESA Governance. The role will be based primarily in Lige and the surrounding region with the possibility of remote work for one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Coordination:

  • Manage Test Plans in relation to the program and oversee their implementation by all parties involved.
  • Oversee the start and closure of testing phases.
  • Organize plan assign and track the execution of test activities which may involve different solutions multiple applications and both internal and external teams.
  • Create and maintain test reports.
  • Monitor and address testrelated actions on a daily basis escalating risks blocks and impacts as needed.
  • Ensure the proper transfer of test documentation to RESAs maintenance teams at the end of the project.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Handle additional tasks such as bug tracking verification of prerequisites for test execution (environments access data sets) quality control of documentation and organization of adhoc meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in IT Technology or Mathematics.
  • Experience:
    • 36 years of experience in test coordination project management or similar roles.
    • Experience with test planning and execution involving multiple teams and applications.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
    • Capable of escalating risks and handling issues proactively.
