Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DRP Coordinator to join our team within the CIO Office reporting to the Information Security Manager. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the IT disaster recovery plan ensuring business continuity in the event of major incidents. This role will involve coordinating all disaster recovery activities and leading teams through exercises tests and continuous improvements of the disaster recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement DRP: Create and execute the disaster recovery plan for critical IT systems ensuring business continuity.
- Exercise Coordination: Lead endtoend disaster recovery exercises including preparation coordination of test teams execution and postexercise debriefs.
- Critical Application Recovery: Manage restoration tests for critical applications and lead reconstruction efforts for vital systems in case of incidents.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the preparation and execution of disaster recovery exercises and tests.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with managers from the IS Service Delivery team to ensure alignment and preparation for disaster recovery.
- Crisis Management: Organize and lead crisis committee tests and exercises and participate in the creation of emergency procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 610 years of experience in disaster recovery planning (DRP) business continuity (BCP) and crisis management.
- Strong expertise in creating business continuity plans from scratch (CMP BRP DRP).
- Experience in conducting business impact analysis (BIA) and organizing DRP/BRP tests.

Languages:
- French or Dutch: Excellent proficiency

Additional Information:
- The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of up to 880 working days.
- Location: Cantersteen 1 1000 Brussels with a hybrid work option (2 days in the office).
