Requirements

Key Role and Responsibilities

o Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead global technology projects for Life Sciences/Pharma clients ensuring alignment with business goals regulatory requirements and successful ontime onbudget delivery.
  
• Drive the execution of project plans and milestones while coordinating with globally distributed internal teams including offshore delivery teams.
  
• Manage largescale multimilliondollar projects with crossfunctional teams across different time zones ensuring smooth project execution and strong team collaboration.
  

o Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Own client relationships aligning expectations with deliverables through proactive communication and regular updates.
  
• Ensure clear consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders fostering strong collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Engage with executivelevel stakeholders regulatory bodies and internal leadership to maintain alignment and transparency on project progress and outcomes.
  

o Risk & Process Management:

• Proactively identify and address risks to ensure smooth project execution and prevent potential disruptions.
  
• Implement efficient program management processes adhering to governance frameworks and methodologies and utilize tools such as Jira and MS Project.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance protocols providing risk mitigation strategies and action plans when necessary.
  

o Financial & Operational Oversight:

• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) build proposals and deliver presentations to support project execution and business development.
  
• Track the invoicing schedule in collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payments.
  
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure proper financial tracking and forecasting for project success.
