Job Description
Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on tax and business matters including entity selection real estate management and employee benefits.
- Lead tax research and analysis on complex issues and provide tax compliance solutions.
- Prepare/review a wide range of tax returns including multistate and multitier partnerships.
- Evaluate tax laws recognize risks and address inquiries from federal and state agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and offer guidance on workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of state and federal tax experience.
- CPA or EA certification required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP auditing and tax compliance processes.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Must live in the United States.
