Job Description:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development Proficiency in ServiceNows Automation Engine capabilities like Integration Hub Flow Designer RPA Hub Process Mining Automation Center and Document Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS XML JSON) and web services (RESTSOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects from inception to deployment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality work.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
