Position: ServiceNow FSO SME

Location: Stamford CT (Hybrid Work 2 Days work from office)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in the planning design and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
• Implement ServiceNow best practices
• Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
• Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT

Required Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Catalog and CMDB.
• Experience in Agile concepts development and testing methodology
• Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM SAM) modules
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
