Location: Stamford CT (Hybrid Work 2 Days work from office)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow FSO
- Provide technical support and guidance to endusers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in the planning design and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
- Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT
Required Skills
- Experience in ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Catalog and CMDB.
- Experience in Agile concepts development and testing methodology
- Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM SAM) modules
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
