Position: Sr. ServiceNow FSO Developer
Location: Windsor CT (Hybrid Work 2 Days work from office)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve scalability
- Develop ServiceNow FSO configurations including FSO data model setup PA enablement Commercial and Servicing Lines
- Code review: Reviewing and providing walkthroughs as part of peer review process
- Configure ServiceNow FSO Modules workflows applications scripts and integrations
- Document technical design development processes and solution configurations
- Build multiple FSO related features including advanced work assignment enablement configurations around reports dashboards etc
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform.
- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow FSO modules data model setup and workflow development.
- Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and FSOspecific workflows (e.g. Commercial and Servicing Lines for Banking).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development.
- Ability to lead customerfacing discussions workshops and configuration reviews.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on optimizing performance and improving scalability.
- Excellent documentation skills to record development and technical configurations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building advanced work assignment features within FSO.
- Familiarity with configuring reports dashboards and other business intelligence tools.
- Experience with scripting and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
