Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow APM Module

Location: Frisco TX Kansas City MO Atlanta GA Remote

Term: Contract

Job Description:

  • Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders(Dev Architect and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization ensuring that all business technology and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design. Ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation.(Requires handson experience of ServiceNow APM Module)
  • Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments providing insights on application cost risk and business fit to guide decisionmaking in the rationalization process. Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.
  • Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory) Additional CIS(Certified implementation Specialist) APM or other CIS certifications.
