Job Description
Role: IT Intake Manager
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Edison NJ
Responsibilities:
Manage the DTS intake process to ensure all new IT requests are evaluated for technical alignment and strategic fit. Develop IT resource plan and cost for project
Manage team of IT Solution Analysts
Responsible for prioritizing demands that come in thru the project request process
Create weekly demand status report
Communicate with Operational stakeholders on status of requests
Partner with business planning team to ensure DTS costs are included in overall Business Plan
Improve and optimize DtS intake process
