IT Project Manager II

Summary: The IAM IT Coordinator role involves managing and coordinating Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for the Americas Zone requiring a balance of technical expertise and project coordination. The candidate will focus on Active Directory and Azure Entra ID projects including overhauling the delegation model for access and permissions. This position is hybrid with a mix of inoffice and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IAMrelated projects for the Americas coordinating across IT teams.
• Lead efforts to redesign the Active Directory delegation model improving security and access controls.
• Ensure deadlines are met and track project progress to completion.
• Manage communication and collaboration between various teams.
• Utilize PowerShell for exports/reports and troubleshoot IAMrelated issues.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in IAM Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Technical knowledge of Active Directory PowerShell SSO setup and MFA.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing purposes.
• Project management experience in large international organizations.
• Proactive and able to drive meetings with clear outcomes.
