  As a QA Engineer your mission is to foster a culture of quality necessary for developing ur services aligning with our overarching mission. You will support the continuous improvement of product quality. This includes conducting prerelease tests analyzing defect information providing feedback to development teams and enhancing testing efficiency.

  The QA team is seeking individuals who are committed to quality with a sense of responsibility for societal progress and who can act autonomously.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tests as part of the product development team
  • Promote efficient and effective testing techniques such as riskbased testing and agile testing
  • Collect measure and analyze defect data for continuous quality improvement
  • Drive quality improvement within the development team

  Required Experience:

  A combination of the following experiences totaling 2 years or more:

  • At least 1 year of experience in test design and execution for web applications or mobile (iOS/Android) applications
  • Experience in web application development

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in requirements definition in system development
  • Passion for delivering value to users through highquality products and a desire to ensure necessary quality standards
  • Strong soft skills to communicate effectively and flexibly with Product Managers (PdM) engineers and UX designers as part of the development team

Annual Salary:JPY

*The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.
