    We consider this fiscal year to be our second founding period and we are seeking an Engineering Manager to further our growth as a company. We are looking for an engineering manager to transform our business strategy and maximize the performance of our development organization. Our mission is to design an engineering organization in line with the growth phase of our business and to promote business growth strongly.

    Specific examples of duties

    • Design and build an engineering organization
    • People management of the engineering organization (1on1 with tech leads and members personnel evaluation)
    • Discuss and review (including drafting) development and organizational strategies with management
    • Planning and implementation of engineering recruitment policies (especially for Tech Leads)

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in development progress management and task assignment
    • Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people
    • Experience in mentoring / following up a team
    • Communication skills for smooth development
    • High level of expertise in one of the following areas: iOS/server/infrastructure
