The Solution Designer is a unique position in our company to connect technology and business which is one of our missions. They are indispensable for the practical application of AI in business and with their knowledge of both business and machine learning/AI they promote problem solving joint development new business and companywide DX for our clients. The main role of a Solution Designer is to propose and project manage AIrelated projects based on their knowledge of consulting and AI. In particular the Senior Solution Designer will take on higher responsibilities such as account management of client companies organization of the Solution Design Department and related departments in the company and business discussions with collaborating companies in addition to project promotion.

Planning and proposal sales to win orders for AIbased projects

• • Project proposals and sales activities to clients (sales leads are mainly pulltype sales such as inquiries and referrals)
  • Interviewing clients and proposing measures to them
  • Account management of client executives and leaders

  • Communicate requirements to engineers and work with engineers to create results

  • Simple analysis of clients data (* AI model development is performed by inhouse machine learning engineers so machine learning coding is not included in the scope of work)

  Experience in any of the following:

  (1) Experience as a senior manager/manager or senior consultant at a strategy/business consulting firm (2) Planning and business development related to data utilization at a major business company (assuming a lead role section manager level or above) (3) Leadership of machine learning development projects (at AI venture major consulting firm major business company major SIer etc.) (4) Leader level in data science projects (estimated to be 5 years or more)

  Experience in any of the following:

  • B to B sales and account management for large companies
  • Management (administration/training) of team members
  • Organization development/improvement of a small organization

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience Determined based on skills experience and ability

Includes a deemed overtime allowance of approximately 23 hours per month

Overtime allowance (paid separately based on overtime hours) Bonuses twice a year (varies according to individual performance and company performance)

Hours: 09:45 18:30 (1 hour break included)
