  The company operates and develops an inhouse platform for the distribution of ebooks entrusted by publishers to various ebookstores. Our system offers a wide array of functionalities crucial for ebook circulation including functions for distribution management and sales data. We continually update the system holding the top share in Japan and the secondlargest globally for ebook distribution through this platform. We connect over 2200 publishers and more than 150 ebookstores serving as the core of ebook circulation.

  To contribute further to the advancement of the ebook market we engage in continuous development of new system features enhancements to existing functionalities and maintenance. Currently we are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to handle quality assurance tasks in maintenance and development.

Our user base for the ebook distribution platform includes actual readers publishers ebookstores and internal members. To consistently provide the best products to this diverse user base we believe that knowledge in quality management and assurance alone is insufficient.   This recruitment is for a QA (Quality Assurance) role responsible for overall quality assurance in maintenance development.

Our users in the ebook distribution platform encompass not only readers but also publishers ebook stores and internal team members. To consistently deliver the best product to this diverse range of users it requires not only knowledge of quality management and assurance but also expertise in epublishing industry practices understanding the merits and demerits of various users and more. We believe that maintaining a stakeholder mindset and considering what is beneficial for all users are essential to achieving our mission.

  Responsibilities Youll be entrusted with the QA for the maintenance development of the ebook distribution system that supports ebook distribution.

  This role requires a high level of QA skills. Were looking for individuals who can think about and implement actions necessary to guarantee quality while smoothly communicating with various departments. Conditions / Benefits

Location: Chiyodaku Tokyo (Head Office)
Nearest station: Directly connected to Takebashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line

Annual Salary: 4.5M 6M yen

Hours: 10:00 19:00 (standard working hours: 8 hours)

• Flexible working hours Start: 5:00 10:00

  End: 15:00 22:00

• Core time (10:00 15:00)

However depending on the clients circumstances you may be required to work flexible hours as needed To prevent the spread of the coronavirus core hours are tentatively set from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The average overtime work: Lower than 15 hours of overtime per month

Remote work is available except from the workdays determined by each team
