This role impacts sales/revenue through development and execution of BTL (Below The Line) strategy to help influence trade channels ensure bestinclass brand presence at point of sales and drive sell out from trade to deliver our commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sales by channel.
- Share of shelf space visibility and merchandising.
- SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market) Growth by channel.
- Sales spend productivity.
Holds a businessrelated Bachelors degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing. Analytical and numerically inclined with a disruptive mindset. Has a continuous improvement mindset. Broad experience in a structured approach to customer relationship management and business development. Excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness. Possesses a high degree of assertiveness across cultural and educational diversity. Strong knowledge of the FMCG market. Insights into the food market and its key drivers. Strong negotiation skills.
