Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite as our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful ERP implementations with a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite and its capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of our organization and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project scope budget and timeline.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage crossfunctional project teams including internal staff and external consultants.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executive management department heads and endusers.
- Effectively communicate project progress challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
ERP Implementation:
- Configure Oracle NetSuite to meet the organizations specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional experts to ensure accurate data migration and system integration.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to endusers.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement a change management plan to address organizational resistance to the new system.
- Communicate the benefits of the ERP implementation and provide support to employees during the transition.
PostImplementation Support:
- Oversee the stabilization and optimization of the ERP system after golive.
- Provide ongoing support to users and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on ERP implementations.
- Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience in a production environment (preferred).
- Open to frequent travel (up to 70%) to Akure Ondo State.
