Job Title: Romanian English Customer Service Representative
Location: Specify location or Remote
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
(All times are in the local market time zone)
Training:
- Duration: 2 weeks of training 1 week of nesting
- Training will cover essential customer service skills product knowledge and system navigation to ensure your success in the role.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Romanian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate information and solutions
- Assist customers with their concerns ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Relocation Package:

- Advance in salary of 1056 BGN net available upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account within 5 working days)
- Please note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
