Job Title: Infrastructure Cloud Manager
Type: Contract W2
Location: Hybrid role 2 days onsite in Bedford MA and 2 days onsite in Cambridge MA
Interview: 1st Audio and if shortlisted 2nd F2F in Bedford MA or Cambridge MA

The Cloud Implementation Manager will work closely with the Managed Services Practice Lead Director of Technical Operations and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to internal and external customers. Having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage direct reports vendors and service providers as well as a remote diverse tier 2/3 technical operations team.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources.
- Ensure best practices are established implemented and followed for effective problem resolution in a high availability environment.
- Ensure change management practices conform to client organization standards and the same for Astadia internal CAB reviews.
- Provide IT infrastructure planning development implementation and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses.
- Analyze existing operations and team members and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
Required Skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS Information Technology or 10 years experience in IT.
- Must be accomplished at transforming creating and managing projects clients and operational teams to deliver highquality technology projects & services.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud management O365 PowerShell and data center operating systems & tools.
- Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.
- Proven experience managing remote monitoring and Infrastructure teams.
- Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet FTF with customer(s) on regular basis
- Must be ITIL certified
- Display exceptional written and inperson communications.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Bedford and Cambridge
