Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex project in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1520 years of experience managing largescale projects with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle and take responsibility for delivering project to customer.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of a project from inception to completion.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and vendors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Ensure the successful delivery of a project to customer meeting their requirements and expectations.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Monitor project progress track milestones and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Manage project resources including team members budgets and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Technical Background:
The successful candidate will have experience or familiarity with the following technologies which are integral to our current project:
Python: For developing backend components including APIs and data processing scripts.
Mimir: For scalable timeseries data storage and retrieval.
Prometheus: For monitoring and alerting systems with an emphasis on integration and performance metrics.
Redfish API: For managing hardware servers and gathering metrics in a standardized manner.
Grafana: For data visualization and dashboard creation enabling stakeholders to interpret data insights effectively.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) for deployment and scalability considerations.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
1520 years of experience in project management.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum) and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
