This role requires a strong background in Facilities Management within higher education exceptional people skills to manage a multigenerational team and a solid understanding of managing large complex properties. You will report directly to the Director of Facilities and manage a team of 30 Maintenance Technicians across 41 buildings including administrative and student dorms.
